Re: Stupid ass missing map file errors *sigh*

yea i used 2 do the same with skies + mortars, but then i started using skyrotation which fucks that up and i got a feel for where to aim w/o needing the sky

now im getting old and my sight can't pick out a pixel among the clouds so i find no sky makes it easier to see ppl

Re: Stupid ass missing map file errors *sigh*

yeah there's a lot of stuff in /base so that doesn't narrow it down much but the 'Moove' config is a 1.40 scriptGL config, none of the scripting will be compatible with non-scriptGL configs and scripting from previous versions, you can't really mix/match stuff in it with other configs other than the...

Re: Stupid ass missing map file errors *sigh*

strange that you're having trouble with all different configs, including your old one

are you using something other than windows like Zorin or WINE? maybe a strange filesystem thats changing load order? maybe its a permissions issue?

Re: Who dis

the damage flash is kinda like a hitpunch - you have a little bit of a disadvantage while you're getting hit - and removing it gives someone a minor advantage, so it's a cheat in some peoples minds tribes built in damageflash is really strange, it has an intensity+time algo for the fade in/out that ...

Re: How to tell if you're a masochist

prolly the wifi is the bottleneck, wifi sucks drive is probably around 100 megs/sec (- or + depending on how old it is), usb 2.0 adapter would limit that to max of about 25 megs/sec, then if the microSD is really 80megabit then that's about 8 megs/sec but since ur seeing lower than any of those its ...
