It's honestly not that hard to get along with other people, even if you don't like the person. This is why they teach people at some jobs "people skills". It honestly wouldn't hurt if some of the people in this thread looked into the subject of "people skills".

its not that the other admins dont have a say in anything, we do talk about things that need to be discussed and then there are things that should just be dealt with by that person. Most of us know wat to do and wat not to do...
