This thread is proof that it's going to be difficult for certain people.
If we're really starting fresh, there should be none of this "last chance" bullshit
and the pessimistic attitude toward me which Bo is trying so hard to perpetuate here.

I don't want to hear any more about my alleged past offenses, or be hastily judged because of them.
If people want to hate on me they'll need to find new reasons.

How about you all keep in mind we are all only human.

Each one of us has a certain button people can push and We will snap.
Instead of trying to fix us by Banning us, How about just not push our buttons?

Obviously you all know STU's weakness, Stop taking advantage of it and getting him banned.

Now, considering this is my FIRST official post, im not here for drama, just use your minds people...

Let me clear this up once and for all:

In my book, "spamming" is intentionally flooding the chat box with meaningless or repetitive messages with the intent to annoy others.
My so-called "spamming" was nothing more than my response to being harassed.
I was only attempting to get some action taken against the harasser....(a futile effort, since I later learned that the harasser was actually the admin I was complaining to)
My chat messages were NOT meaningless or unnecessarily repetitive. I was not trying to annoy other people.
That is NOT spamming.
I would not have been "spamming" in the first place if an admin hadn't been smurfing and harassing me.

"Spamming" is the excuse that was used as justification to ban me.
It was not a valid complaint against me, then or now.

I think it would be a good idea for the current admins to get together and clearly define the term "spamming".
Another term that is intrepreted far too loosely and should be clearly defined is "drama".

Before I get accused of "creating drama" again, I just want to point out that Matt is my friend and no offense was taken.
However, It did give me the chance to defend myself against this false assumption that everyone seems to believe.

I agree with STU on this one, All Admins make your own version of the dictionary and send to each player, or post on forums.

We need to be very clear on what we are allowed to do, considering some admins mix up the true meaning of words.
