The one filmed by her boyfriend's brother was clearly staged. So she might have gotten a kickback... But I don't think he got paid either, so probably not.
The billboard is so blurry and distorted that the guy who took the photo didn't even realize there was a pair of ass cheeks in the photo. But since there's a lot of money in billboard advertisements and realty, and her address is easy to figure out from the billboard, she's probably still got ground for a law suit.
