Police were there, shoot the tires out and the radiator! If that happened in the US, the cops would have shot the driver for endangerment of life.

there are significantly less fatalities in more sovereign country due to the fact that the citizens and the police DONT HAVE FIREARMS. There are less shootings in england simply because of this. The military are the only ones who have guns.
