Turret and D platforms bug

I have had a Dozen people ask me why they can't buy stuff from the invo as soon as the map starts and there are no turrets or D platforms, Please Fix ASAP!
No matter how long I stay away from this game I will never forget the stuff this game and community forged onto my heart!
