Removed the freefall.cs and removed it from the vote list in arena.cs and arenatd.cs. The server should be good after a reset.

I forgot to ever remove those files for Freefall and when it was voted as the arena map it would spawn the shapes on the ground of the current map and then continue to be on every map after that and anyone that tried to join the server once it was spawned would get a missing iblock.dis error.

The link to the forum works for me now, but the DL like you posted here still doesn't. I was able to grab the file from the other thread, though.
