[Skin] Hq Base textures

All the base textures are 100% redone. Including dox textures <3

This does not require any plugins. Do not mistake this for a HIGH RESOLUTION texture pack. However I have increased the quality. I also removed that nasty pink tinge on all of the base textures.

If anyone wishes to have their opencall3 TV textures redone for 1.4 let me know. I will not share this with the base community so if you are from there feel free to reach out to that side with a redirect link. Do not give me credit. I do not care about that. Feel free to do whatever you want with them.

No, I will not explain how I did this it is a tedious process of manipulating different layers for desired effects. Basicly what should have been done from the beginning instead of trying to use some shit plugin that crashes you all the time.

Yes, I know I come off as a bit pompous right now but idgaf. I did this for the Annihilation community, so that you guys would have better graphics without the expense of performance.

INSTALLATION: Place the dox and base folder in your Tribes folder. Obviously if you don't accept to overwrite you will not see the textures.

I record a demo and remember when to stop to take screenshots so I can split it with the defualt textures and then take the same shots with the enhanced textures.

TY free free to nit pick ones that need to be fixed and post them here. I think this would be the best way to develope new base textures. A slow process of collecting the right textures
