If I recall correctly, hosting a game first, then joining one from the server browser fixed the issue. For whatever reason it wasn't getting loaded when first joining a server. The hrfixfix should've fix it, though.

Tried out HDv2. Don't have any graphic issues. Not sure what yours is. I'm running Windows 10 as well.
