That's pretty sick. Did you just recolor the default explosions with a batch edit or are those default? I would recommend using a solid texture or gradient for the middle piece of the launcher, anything without unique scratches or patterns.

I'm so sorry LOL! Yeah if you download photoshop, you can get a free week trial. After that you can pay 9.99 a month to use it.

anyway. its actually tedious at first but just watch a youtube tutorial on "batch editing in photoshop" and you'll figure it out. Its also good to throw some transparency on explosions.

after applying transparency make sure you convert the layer to smart object, then rasterize so that it saves as a png correctly.

I have... I found it complicated and cumbersome. I found standalone apps to batch process images that are easier to use.

I can select a folder full of BMP screenshots, and convert them all into PNG's using a context menu. I don't recall what the app is called, though.
