updates since v2
- All Lush Terrain
- All maps with sky have the same sky. Yes including night time maps.
- Redid CG sparks from stock files.
- Redid tech panels and their damaged counterparts
- Guest stars for armor colors. Only works in br server
- my new flag textures
- touched up disc launcher and redid the font.

idk what crt monitor is, but all i know is the monitor i'm using is like 1080p and 24 inches with absolutely zero input lag.
