Cool app for custom hotkey macros

So I've used this one piece of software and app pair that is really awesome for macros. You can use it to make a virtual stream-deck, or use it for photoshop, or anything you want. I'm actually using it to create a macro for tribes so I can say hi, without risking getting my ass shot trying to do it manually XD. I'm sure you guys can find uses for it.
