Reset the server

Server is unplayable, like a 3-5 second delay on everything i do. Please fix soon, I leave on the 29th of this month and it will be my last time playing for at least a year.

If the server is getting any where close to the traffic it used to; I'd like to request a server reset every week. If not twice.

Server was getting dos attacked. So i requested the my data center to block hole the ip for 24/7 hours so the level3 upstream provider can look for who doing the attacks and block that ip/s.
