Drama is a part of human interaction. Nothing social like this will ever be drama-free. People will always disagree, and drama will come about as a result.

The key is not to "BAN DRAMA," but to learn to deal with it in a constructive and open manner, which is a point I feel some of the BR aristocrats are missing.
