problem area I found today. can't remember map name (uses snowblind terrain, with a tower on top of the ship I'm).

Unfortunately, that's not the same issue... You found a piece of an interior shape that has no collisions, and you'll find that it never has collisions, there (unless you hide a forcefield in the wall, or something). You'll also find this issue in HumanStandAlone/newDam.dis and HumanBase/base4.dis.

The issue I was referring to is when the entire interior shape has no physical interactions, even when there is an identical shape right next to it that does. For instance, multiple iblocks in S_hift's map, and about 1/4 of the walls in my original Labyrinth.

yep, that's an old school glitch spot. there's one just like it on the map Party Girl, and whatever interior shape that uses. also a few on the map king under the hill. raindance had one too, but they patched that one with the 1.11 update, using the method perr mentioned in fact.
