I want to put in my 2 cents to move the ability to set an air base close to an enamy base, at LEAST as far as one can set a turret. EVERY game, people are setting airbases over the enemy, raining down nukes for 45 mintues. I vote we make the distance an enemy airbase can be set to DOUBLE the distance as a turret. Any takers?

I agree. After obsing a for a few nights, I've seen exactly what you are describing, and it happening map after map. I've also noticed some take a platform and with builder armor, move it over an enemy base and use it to spam the enemy base while way up in the air almost where they cannot be noticed due to it being a small platform. If working together as a team, one would get the left side of the enemy base and someone would get the right side of the enemy base. Working together to spam it with weapon fire. I've also seen them use air ships to deliver heavies to that platform to spam the enemy base, and they keep dropping ammo to the heavies so the heavies can continue.

I think we should remove objectives, because it's annoying when then other team wins.

or make it so you cannot deploy turrents to airbases at all. problem solved. and for deployable platforms, make it so that it has to be within a certain distance of another object

You can deploy it in a good location then fork it to a bad one, though.
