I'm not sure, but I for one haven't been able to snipe down a necro with pb lately, unless it was in standard mode. TK mode seems to be null for some reason, not sure if its during ghost pack or just in general but somethings weird. Ofcourse I could just be missing super close shots

Lasers and bullets can't do any damage to Necro that uses ghost pack.If they aren't using ghost pack you could damage them .. It's like this forever.

Yeah, use explosives against ghosts.

Necromancers suffer from a much higher kickback from explosions while ghosting. An enemy nuke can blow them clear across the map.
